I am Shahzad Ahmad, a Data & AI Professional with 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, DevOps, DevSecOps, and Big Data. I currently work as an Assistant Director (Cloud Computing & Big Data) at the GIS Lab, Government of Punjab, Pakistan, where I work on cloud infrastructure, data platforms, AI applications, DevOps automation, and production systems.

My expertise includes Data Engineering, Machine Learning, AI, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, CI/CD, Big Data, and scalable application deployment. I work with technologies including Python, PyTorch, AWS, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Apache Spark, SQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Nginx, and Apache.

As a Data Engineer and Data Scientist, I have experience developing data pipelines, data processing workflows, predictive analytics solutions, machine learning models, and scalable data platforms. My experience also includes designing and maintaining cloud infrastructure, implementing CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, system automation, and production deployments.

I hold an MS in Data Science from FAST National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (FAST-NUCES), Islamabad. My master's research focused on AI-powered recommender systems for personalized research assistance and academic literature discovery, resulting in a research publication in Engineering Reports. My research and technical interests include Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Explainable AI (XAI), Trustworthy AI, Machine Unlearning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, Recommender Systems, Data Science, and Big Data Analytics.
